Lucky SandHill Gin, better known as “Pig,” is a truly versatile, seasoned ranch horse that’s been there and done the job. This gelding is the real deal—excellent on cattle and experienced in brandings, gatherings, sortings, loading trucks, working the sale barn, and everything that comes with a busy ranch lifestyle. If it’s part of the job, Pig knows it. Beyond ranch work, Pig has tracked the roping sled, pulled the log, done circus tricks and has even been ran on the barrels locally, winning money in the 2D/3D with plenty of room to go on.

He’s extra broke, soft in his face, and carries himself round, correct, and balanced, making him a pleasure to ride whether you’re working cattle or cruising down the trail. Pig is also great out on the trails and is a true gentleman in all areas of life. He’s easy and respectful for saddling, bridling, shoeing, loading, tying, and everyday handling.
